3rd Year Brownie Girl Scouts, earn your first Junior Badge! Being stressed out stinks! Unfortunately, you may feel stressed out over a variety of things including starting a new school, fighting with a friend, listening to the news and more. Join us as we explore a variety of ways to cope with stress. You'll discover how to recognize when you are stressed, create your own personal de-stress kit, and learn several exercise and breathing techniques to help alleviate stress.
