Why are we having a Spring Products Program?
Many troop leaders are excited about having the opportunity to raise additional funds for their troops. The Spring Product Program is a great way to help defray some of the troop cost.
When does the program begin?
Our Spring Products Program will take place February 8 through March 11, 2008.
What items are being offered for the Spring Products Program?
We have a large selection of magazines, books and CD's. In addition we have 12 nut, candy, and candle items.
Why should I order magazines through Merrillville Regional Service Center, Calumet?
You won't pay any more, but 40% of your order will help us provide programs, support camp and adult training, and troop rebate.
Can I renew before my subscription is due to expire?
Renewals ordered ahead of time will be added on to your existing subscription. To avoid receiving double subscriptions, fill out your order form with name and address exactly as it appears on your current subscription label or attach the label to the order form.
I cannot find my favorite magazine in the catalog; can I still renew it through QSP?
No. Only those magazines listed in catalog may be renewed through QSP.
I would like to order multiple magazines and have them delivered to my business. How can I do this without the order being returned?
When ordering magazines for a business, the words “library” or “media center” cannot be used on the order form. The subscriber must complete the order card with his/her name for the order to be processed.
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
It can take up to 14 weeks from the time the orders are mailed from our Council office for the first order to arrive.
Does QSP match promotional gifts or coupons offered by the magazine publishers?
Only gifts described in the QSP catalog will be provided.
Are checks acceptable payments?
Yes, all checks should be made payable to “Girl Scouts of Calumet Council”. Please write troop number in the “memo” line.
What if there is a problem with the customer's order?
The customer should be given the pink copy of their order form on the back of that form is the QSP Customer Service phone number 1-800-678-2673. They are more than willing to assist with any subscription concerns that may arise. |
Points to Remember!
• To ensure delivery; check that the order form has the recipient's full name and address.
• PRINT your Girl Scout's name in the “Seller's name” space and her troop number in the Room or Group # space.
• Make checks payable to Girl Scouts of Calumet Council. Put Troop # on the check in memo section.
• Orders will be mailed to QSP from the Council office beginning March 3; first issues for new subscriptions will take UP TO 14 WEEKS from this date. Music and book orders will take 4-6 weeks to arrive.
• If you are ordering for holiday gifts, please use the gift cards provided.
• Give your customer the pink copy of the order form as a receipt.
• Call QSP at 1-800-678-2673 to resolve subscription concerns. |
