All require the completion of a Nomination Form and letters of endorsement to be submitted to the Adult Recognitions Task Force. The Adult Recognitions Task Force will review all nominations and letters of endorsement and make recommendations to the Council Board of Directors who will make the final determination. Person(s) who submitted nominations will be notified of the decision.

The Nomination Forms and letters of endorsement must be submitted to the Service Center, marked to the Attention of the Adult Recognitions Task Force, NO LATER THAN MARCH 11, to be awarded at the Council Adult Recognition Program to be held in April.

If you are eligible for a service pin this year, please fill out the application form and return it to the Girl Scout Service Center no later than April 1. Don’t forget to count those years as a girl member; they are just as applicable toward the pin as are the adult Girl Scout years.
