Membership Coordinator

  • Responsible for girl & adult membership goals
  • Recruits, appoints and works with Service Team members: Troop Organizers/Recruiters, Registrar, Juliette Advisor, Retention Specialist
  • Appoints volunteer personnel in Service Unit (leaders, co-leaders)
  • Mentors new leaders – assigns ELF
  • Delegates duties appropriately
  • Works well with others
  • Tactful

Program Coordinator

  • Ensure girls & adults receive services
  • Manages delivery of services
  • Recruits, appoints and works with Service Team members: Product Sale Chairs (Cookie and Spring Product), Event Chairs
  • Delegates duties appropriately

  • Organized

General Administrative Coordinator

  • Recruits, appoints and works with Service Team members: Secretary, Treasurer, Communication Chair, Family Partnership Chair, others
  • Presides over leader meetings

Training Content Includes:

Responsibilities of role: planning, community, assessment, communication.

Prerequisites:

Appointed by AED and/or MDE

Additional Information

All Service Team members are required to attend training before being appointed to their position. All training sessions will be held at the Girl Scout Service Center. If you cannot attend the listed training, please contact the Service Center to make other arrangements. Trainings can be held at other locations by request. Please register at the Service Center at least one week prior to the training date. The fee for the training is $3.00.
