An adult working with Girl Scouts

Volunteer

With the help of many adult volunteers we are able to contribute to the lives of girls in our community. If you are not currently a volunteer, consider the impact your time would have on a girl.

We have many different levels an adult can offer their time for. Consider being a volunteer for Girl Scouts of the Calumet Council. For more information contact the Service Center by email or by phone at (219)795-3900.

For Volunteers

This page is designed to be a resource center just for you. Training, forms, to programs just for adults, you will find links to that information and more here. If you would like to see other resources listed here please contact the Service Center by this email.

New Program Totem

Dear Leaders: Program Totem

Hello and Welcome to the Calumet Council Program Totem. This publication was created to give you the leader some additional program, craft, and other ideas. This publication will be printed quarterly for your use, if you have any ideas that you think other leaders would love to see, please send us the information.

Some of you who have been leaders for many years may have a difficult time finding something new for your girls. New leaders may be busy with paperwork and organizing their troops etc. This may give you the little extra-added assistance. Whatever your needs, we hope you will find something of value to use with your troop!

Enjoy,

Leah Sipe, Program/Outdoor Education

The Program Totem can be downloaded here ( you will need Adobe Reader 5.0 or higher). The file is over 1 MB.

Forms Print many of our frequently asked for forms. Some of our forms are interactive, where you can fill in and print multiple copies.

You will need Acrobat Reader to view and print our forms. Acrobat Reader is a free download.
